Leads the development team resources. Defines templates for design specifications, development standards, sign-offs / code reviews, and testing scripts. Must have strong PeopleSoft development experience including (but not limited to) PeopleSoft 8, PeopleCode / Application Designer, SQR, Component Interfaces, Upgrade Assistant, Application Engine, Oracle, SQL and Unix. Must have team lead / team management skills. Must have project workplan development skills. Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills.
2) Developer - PeopleSoft eApps
Developer / mentor for the PeopleSoft 8.x eApplications. Experience developing component interfaces in support of direct database updates from PeopleSoft delivered eApps. Requires experience in developing custom eApplication functionality. PeopleSoft Portal experience is a plus.
3) Developer - PeopleSoft eBenefits / Benefits Administration
Developer / mentor for the PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and eBenefits modules. Experience with Application Designer and SQR required.
4) Developer - PeopleSoft Data Warehouse for HR EPM
Developer / mentor for the PeopleSoft 8 warehouse and EPM modules. Experience with the implementation of PeopleSoft’s data warehouse module. Experience in building data population scripts using PeopleSoft’s ETL tool. Experience extending PeopleSoft data warehouse model and data marts.
5) Developer - PeopleSoft Payroll
Developer / mentor for the PeopleSoft Payroll modules. Experience with Application Designer and SQR required. Experience with PeopleSoft ePay recommended.
6) Developer - PeopleSoft Recruit/Hire - eRecruit
Developer / mentor for the PeopleSoft Recruit and eRecruit modules. Experience with Application Designer and SQR required. Experience with PeopleSoft Resume Processor, Recruit USA and Aires is helpful.
7) Developer - PeopleSoft Reporting (SQR), Business Objects and Actuate
Developer / mentor for building PeopleSoft operational and analytical reports. Experience with SQR required. Experience with Business Objects and/or Actuate recommended.
8) Developer - PeopleSoft Stock Administration and eEquity
Developer / mentor for the PeopleSoft Stock Administration and eEquity modules. Experience with Application Designer and SQR required.
9) Developer/Analyst - PeopleSoft Variable Compensation
Developer / analyst / mentor for the PeopleSoft variable compensation modules. Resource will support the assessment and Fit/Gap of PeopleSoft’s variable compensation module. Resource will potentially support the implementation of variable compensation.
10) PeopleSoft Upgrade Specialist
Technical resource that will support the upgrade, patch installation and migration of PeopleSoft environments. This resource will work closely with the Upgrade Team and requires experience in migrating / upgrading PeopleSoft. Including the editing
