Our client, located in Orange County, California, has an immediate need for a Senior Mechanical Engineer that has worked with the design, development and manufacturing of routers and switches. Our client develops proprietary technology for high-speed data routers; they have formed a new subsidiary that will build the infrastructure necessary to successfully commercialize the resulting product. You will work with both companies to help bring new products to market.
As the Senior Mechanical Engineer you will support the development and implementation of high-speed switching modules. You will also assist in the generation of design specifications, active layer physical design, and maintain documentation. Your past experience should include: size, thermal, and mechanical simulation, layer masks, auxiliary and filler layers, capacitor chips, and AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
The successful candidate for this great contract-to-hire opportunity will have a minimum of five years experience. A BSME or BSEE or other related degree. Experience in layout generation tools, mechanical component design, and electronic assembly fixtures.
Interested individuals are encouraged to forward their “Word” formatted resume, along with desired hourly income and availability to mclifton@ntsxxcal.com
