and in some cases by NDT for AIR PREHEATERS, HEAT EXCHANGERS, PIPES, TUBES, PRESSURE VESSELS AND STRUCTURALS for M/s.BHEL, TRICHY - 14. The Welding Procedures are automatic (GTAW, SAW) and also manual (SMAW).

Works in the Concern for Structures Fabricated in the Workshop and in site during erection. My achievement in this concern is, I was trained as an internal auditor for our quality systems for attaining the ISO 9001 : 2000 Certification and also succeeded in doing the same.At present taking care of our quality systems and other ISO procedures.Also takes care of the welding procedures as per ASME sec 9 for the whole company and qualifies welders as per the requirement of the clients.

The standards so far I have come across in my experience are,ASME secIX,ASME secV,API 1104, AWS D1.1, API 650, and other INDIAN STANDARDS, used for structures & pressure vessels
And inspection standards.
