JOIN a world leader in wireless communication technology. BAE SYSTEMS is looking for an Inspector who
:

Performs basic inspection and testing of fabricated parts, subassemblies or products; Inspects products
for solder, mechanical assembly, wiring and workmanship defects; Inspects parts, assemblies or products
to ensure consistency with applicable documentation and specifications; Checks production work order
packages for accuracy including revisions of work orders and engineering change orders; Checks shelf-life
materials for expiration dates; Audits areas of operation for compliance with established procedures;
Segregates rejected material from accepted material, controlling such until disposition is made; Performs
shipping inspections as needed; Records inspection results on quality control records and forms; May use
computer terminal for systematic data entry. Performs other duties as required.

This position is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland which is between Washington, DC and Frederick, MD.
The Gaithersburg facility is a business unit of BAE Systems Aerospace Electronics. Employing about 250
people at this facility, this business unit provides creative RF and DSP solutions to the Department of
Defense and prime contractors. This facility designs and manufactures HF, VHF, and SHF tuners and
receivers, demodulators, direction finders and wireless intercept solutions.
