For example Junk Mills, Washover Shoes, Multi String Cutter knifes, Liner Hanger Equipment, Packers, Window Milling Tools, Section Milling, Whipstock and Multi-Lateral Tools, Manufacture and repair of Thru Tubing under reaming, descaling and milling tools.

Taking different customerís orders by phone, email and in person requesting the manufacture or change of dimension of various fishing, milling or cutting tools.

Placing different purchase orders with suppliers for electrodes, wires, fluxes, and personal protective equipment.

Record all welding log sheets, electrode certification and material test certificates as per ISO:9001 Specification.

Field Work undertaken in Brazil, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Norway, Holland and Germany repairing tools on site which are being used downhole.

Training of all Baker welding personnel within European Region in the use of Tungsten Carbide cutting insert technology and application to milling tools, the application procedure of Superloy, Arocoy or Kutrite crushed carbide by the oxy/acetylene brazing process and training in the application of Tuborium sintered carbide hard facing in rod form and in the Technogenia ĖThecnosphere continuous coiled wire process.

I have an excellent understanding of safe working practices in a Machine Shop environment, and also have basic turning and milling experience.

I also have some computer experience on Microsoft Soft Ware, but have no formal qualification.
