Dear Sir,

I am Kannan Srinivasan and am currently
pursuing my Master in Electrical Engineering at
Oklahoma State University and will be graduating
in May 2002. I hope to start my career as a
hardware engineer in your company.

I have been working on three US defense
projects: 'Sailor's Wireless Communication Badge
System' for DoD, 'DoD Navy Wireless Audio/Video
Headsets Development' for US Navy and 'Advanced
Miniaturized Wireless & Wired Systems Designing,
Optimization, and Development' with OCAST,
Sciperio, and DoD DARPA. I have been involved in
hardware design, hardware optimization, antenna
design, writing firmware and in code optimization.
I have also worked on 'Virtual Lab Development'
project for Southwestern Bell that involves making
virtual reality possible for the remote students
to do the lab with their local peers. I also have
a good understanding of C, C++, JAVA and assembly
language coding. I have worked as a JAVA tutor in
India for one year. My undergraduate final year
project was to develop a dumb terminal that would
be used for testing data transmission and
reception in missile systems. The coding used for
the development of this dumb terminal was C and
assembly language. My undergraduate summer
internship at ELCOT, India gave me a chance to
explore servicing, designing and troubleshooting
of VHF equipment.

Working in a group with fifteen people from
different countries has made me a cordial,
successful and a helpful coworker. I have also
been a coordinator for two groups: CDMA/WCDMA
Optimization group and Web Development and
Maintenance group. I was also awarded a
Presidential Fellowship for the year 2000 by
Oklahoma State University for maintaining good
grades in the courses.

I am looking forward to hearing a positive
response from you, so that I can have a great
start in my career in the industry by joining your
company.

Sincerely,
Kannan Srinivasan.
