The candidate must be a highly experienced individual in integrated circuit design (IC Design). Responsible for developing innovative digital architectures for complex algorithms. Experience with various VLSI design techniques including full-custom, semi-custom, data-path, and cell-based is required. Must have a track record optimizing the hardware implementation of algorithms to meet the product's power, cost, schedule, and performance constraints. The working environment is highly interactive. Ability to mentor engineers is a must.
Primary responsibilities will be architecting algorithms, optimizing hardware implementation of algorithms, and mentoring junior engineers.
