Southern California aerospace company looking for experienced ATE test engineers.
High speed (>3GHz) analog and digital microelectronics test set development for wafer probe, packaged, board and systems testing (prototype and acceptance). Proficient in Visual Basic, C on Unix and NT networked workstations. Familiar with BERT, sampling o-scopes, high speed logic analyzers, data generators, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, VXI. High Speed PCB layout a plus.
BSEE/CS plus minimum 4 yrs experience.
