Education: Masters Degree Electrical Engineering preferred (BSEE
required)
Experience: 3 years or more
Requirements: RF, IC, Telecommunications, LNA, Mixers,
Synthesizers, VCO, Power Amplifiers, BiPolar, CMOS, BiCMOS
Silicon, Silicon-Germanium, Broadband, Analog

Our client is seeking Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit engineers with
3 years minimum experience designing telecommunication building
blocks such as LNA's, mixers, synthesizers, VCO's and/or power
amplifiers. Familiarity with any/all of Bipolar, CMOS, BiCMOS Silicon
and Silicon-Germanium technologies is desired. RF system knowledge,
RF Broadband IC and analogue IC design experience a plus. BSEE
required, MSEE preferred. Wireless systems design experience such as:
Cellular telephone chip sets, Wireless LANs, Cordless telephones, Chip
architectural and definition and/or Device modeling.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
