Candidates should posses a minimum qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years relevant experience. Cranes’ experience based in heavy industrial or Steelmaking would be an advantage. The Cranes Section is involved in the Maintenance of the site EOT cranes and hoists which totals 270 units (260 ton to half ton capacity range).

The Cold Mill Complex which has fully automated 21st century technology comprises of: Push Pull Pickle Line, Acid Regeneration Plant, Cold Reversing Mill, Single Stack Batch Annealing Furnaces, Continuous Galvanizing Line and Slitting & Recoiling line. It now requires self-motivated candidates with good record within this environment (first three positions) within the Maintenance & Support
Department. Reference HAD9000. Must have a reference number to be considered.
