-Initiate and communicate required process changes

-Build intra-office facilities, DS3, OC3 and radio link facilities
-Construct end-to-end customer circuits
-Input production summary items for circuit design database
-Accurately enter status information into appropriate systems and
tracking databases.

-Apply technologies in wiring - satellite dish up to and including the
satellite receiver and other point of termination/outlets.
-Interpret service orders while maintaining a detailed record of all
-Operated various forms of equipment (TSM-1000, Prep tool, Compressive
Crimp, etc.)
-Perform inspections and site surveys of customer premises for
effective installation.

-Troubleshoot telephony problem from outside plant to customers' homes
-Operate various tools such as Sidekick Meter for testing service
wiring for quality service, punch down tool for termination of
service wire, and tone generation for testing and locating service
