Please refer to: G07596Salary: $50 - 85K (Total Comp to $200K+)Education: Bachelors Degree Experience: 3 years or moreRequirements: Sales, IT, HRIS, PeopleSoft, Lawson, OracleThe Account Executive will be responsible for developing a key account program, developing a proactive sales plan, and exceeding sales quotas. The position will report directly to the President and Vice President of Business Development. There are no direct reports for this position, however there is potential growth to a Sales Manager position. The Sales Executive will be an integral part of the company and will be expected to interact with practice principals and consultants. This person will be the point person on all sales that are brought into the company, meaning there is a lot of visibility with clients and the industry. Required Experience: The person selected for this position should have at least 3 years sales experience in IT/HRIS services or a related industry. Familiarity with a variety of HRIS packages (Peoplesoft, Lawson, Oracle, etc.), and solution selling is expected. The person selected should also have a proven and verifiable track of exceeding annual sales quotas of at least $4 million, developing relationships with key accounts, and developing a winning, proactive sales plan. A BS degree is preferred. This person needs to work in an environment that emphasizes results, have an entrepreneurial spirit, be able to work without being micro-managed, and have the ability to work with a Senior Management team that reaches decisions quickly, concisely, and effectively in order to achieve business goals. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Travel: to 70% - East CoastLocations: Washington, DC; New York City; BostonCompany offers excellent benefits.
