Separate ASIC-level test benches must also be developed, to functionally verify the ASICs and FPGAs that make up the system. These test benches will be written in Vera, Verilog or VHDL. The consultant will either work on developing the large-scale system-level environment or the ASIC-level test benches. In either case, test cases and test scenarios will need to be conceived, written, simulated and debugged by the consultant. Minimum Requirements: Must have 3+ years experience in ASIC design, ASIC verification, ASIC simulation or test bench development, using Verilog, VHDL, Vera, Tcl/Tk and/or Perl. Experience with networking subsystems and standards are highly desirable. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
