Duties and
Responsibilities:
. Co-ordination with the Saudi Aramco Inspection department
and operations department on all quality related matters.
. Implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan and
ensuring compliance with the requirements of specifications
and drawings.
. Preparing QC Inspection plans, testing procedures, quality
audits schedule and maintaining filing system for all
QC procedures, records, reports etc.
. Inspection of all materials and equipment to be installed.
. Liaison with outside approved testing laboratories and
review all results.
. Inspection of fit-ups as per fabrication drawings,
holiday testing, hydrotests of valves & flowlines,
sandblasting and painting, radiographic film interpretation
as per ASME SEC V, API 1104 and ANSI/ASME B31.3.
. Monitoring the quality of job comprising the installation
of buried externally FBE coated pipeline, installation of
scraper traps & piping, emergency shutdown valves, stress
relieving of critical piping systems, cathodic protection,
caliper survey, pre-commissioning etc, inclusive of Mechanical,
Civil, Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation works.
. Quality assurance and Quality functions on all component parts
of the work, including sub contractors, vendors, manufacturers
and suppliers in accordance with the company's quality manual
and quality plans.
