C.A.D. Operator in design of Plumbing and Hydraulics for new building construction sites. Contracted for local McDonalds Restaurants, new 22 story, beach front apartments in Manly N.S.W.

CEA Technologies Research & Development Pty Ltd
C.A.D. Operator of Electronic Printed Circuit Boards. This private company contracts for the Australian and U.S. Defence Forces. They specifically concentrate on Radar Research and Development for Weapons Improvement, Identification purposes and Decoy instrumentation.
CEA have Four premises, the major one being Canberra A.C.T. and also in Melbourne VIC., Adelaide S.A. and San Diego CA.
Currently still working in CEA. Started in March 1995.
A current Security Clearance to Secret level is required for the job.
LEADERSHIP: As the most experienced full time CAD operator in the company for the past three years, I have taught trainee CAD operators, helped them with all questions and/or queries on the software, hardware or manufacturing details, maintained the Mentor Libraries and Symbol creation standards, kept daily and monthly backups of all libraries and projects. Administered UNIX and NT server based domains.
PERSONAL: Experience in creating Bill Of Materials, Center Attribute Files, Gerber Files, Exporting Graphics (HPGL, DXF etc.), Neutral Files, Aperture Tables and Drill Files for Manufacturers and Assemblers of P.C.B.’s. Have had experience in Mechanical Drafting, which helps in the layout of a P.C.B., to fit in a certain size box or connecting with another P.C.B. I have designed Multilayered P.C.B.’s up to 16 layers with over 2000 components and 30,000 traces, and also have experience with High Frequency RF P.C.B. Design. Also experience with the SPECCTRA Shape Router and Mentor/Veribest design software.
Experience with Mentor on a HP Unix Workstation has given me good Unix skills and I have gained experience over the past 2 years on an NT workstation using Mentor/Veribest.
My down to Earth personality allows me to get along with everyone, and I enjoy being part of a team.
