Long term contract assignment at well known Lake County healthcare giant. HS Grad or equivalent w/ a completed electrical apprenticeship training course and/or 8yrs experience in the electrical controls and machine wiring industry. Must have a strong shop math background, knowledge of drafting techniques, schematic reading, and interpretation skills. Must be skilled in the care and use of standard machine shop equipment and associated tooling as well as precision measuring instruments and devices. An advanced working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control practices is essential. Looking for broad experience with panel building, wiring of machinery. Low level programming of pc (programmable controller). May have to travel both foreign and domestic to repair and maintain equipment. Overtime may be required.
