Chemically formed ceramic coatings are used for textile machinery parts to overcome abrasion. The life increase is dramatic and these are not expensive as compared to plasma sprayed ceramic coatings.

Parts like pig tail guides, over feed discs can be ceramic coated.

Complexx shapes and inner cavities can be coated. Surface finish after ceramic coating is smooth and ideally suits the yarn.
