The-Masters-Touch Spinning System… Uses (2) D.C. Servo-motors for Axis Control: Joystick Control, and RS232 Programming: Resident and 3-1/2 DS Disk Port Program Storage. This Trainable Robotic Control can be taught on the floor. The T-M-T Control may be programmed by onsite Joystick Programming, Continuous Path, Manual Data Entry from Console Keyboard; or downloaded from a host processor via a serial RS232 Port in standard NC format, and part program storage.
Once taught or programmed, T-M-T repeats all directional and velocity commands precisely. Feed rate over-ride allows for speed rate adjustment from 0 to 150% of program speed. Resident memory has the capability of storing programs.
