Dear Eun-Joo Choi,
This fill-in reply form duplicates my email to you:
I found your web page and am much intrigued.
You do not need a special machine to make vacuum diecastings.
Vacuum diecasting method can be applied to all types of machine.
I have developed what is probably the most effective and reliable method
ever; it is centred on the die construction with some small adaptions to
The method was developed in 1990 and I am now marketing the technique
under the name :
VACUUM 4 DIECASTING
and have set up website:
to amplify my presence on the world wide scene.
The site links to my earlier site which outlines in more detail what I
offer and who I am.
I kid you not, my method is good.
My method is thorough.
My method stands on the sound foundations of simple honest engineering.
Following my original systems in UK, I have now established the method
in two plants in Shanghai and have interest globally.
With my method, the vacuum that you will get in the mould cavity will be
about 90 to 95% absolute. More is not practicable because of evaporation
of lubricants and other effects.
In any case you would not want more than 95% in the diecasting process.
I would be delighted if you were to surf my websites; links given below, and give me a call.
