Hoffman Mint has acquired 2 precision spray-coating systems that are surplus to our needs. These systems were manufactured by Specialty Coating Systems Inc. These units are model # PM2302 with the model # PM2332 retrofit, and they were new in 1992. They consist of 2 programmable spray heads (X, Y-axis), 46 cu. Ft. spray booth, followed by a 3’ inspection area, and then an 80” IR curing / drying oven. The system is fitted to run on a paper conveyor through all sections. All electrical systems are contained in explosion proof boxes and fittings and include 2 control panels. Also included with each system is an integrated fire suppression system with separate control panel and CO2 cylinder. The overall dimensions are 23”L x 38”W x 5 ½’H.
