I have developed a formula that will calculate the information needed for pressing carbide inserts,
rounds,nozzles,woodworking,grooving,cutting etc. without having to run pilots for adjustments
to get a good dimensional part. This formula will calculate it for you. Works for 25 to 30 ISO
grades including Micro grains. Cost Saving is phenominal. Saves you hard and soft scrap,will not
have to run pilots for test runs. Ship orders without pilot runs. On time deliveries. Very simple to use.
Took me 2 years to develope a UNIVERSAL FORMULA for carbide sintered inserts. Has a 96 tp
