Payment Terms : 90 % thro’ CAD basis or Irrevocable Letter of Credit with 90 / 180 days Usance Credit @ LIBOR from the date of BOL. BALANCE 10% AFTER RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIAL AT OUR END. Confirmation of LC if required shall be to beneficiary’s account. Any other payment term shall not be given preference. All Bank charges , taxes and duties chargeable in respective banks & countries shall be to respective parties.
Inspection : By SGS / AH Knight / CCIB at seller’s option , to be done at the loading port shall be final. Third party inspection certificate has to be sent with each shipment. If there is any deviation in our test report and third party test report, joint sampling to be arranged at our plant.
Price Validity : Prices quoted shall be firm & fixed for the entire period of delivery schedule mentioned above. Kindly give the price validity upto 25th September 2000.
