RPS Tool, Design and Fabrication is proud to announce the opening of their new design, construction, and production facility. We specialize in the following:

Mold Manufacturing-Give us your blueprints material list and any cavity specifications; and we'll design and build your plastic injection mold for almost any system out there. We specialize in modular tooling. This keeps tooling and storage cost low, making it less expensive to start new product lines.

Custom Machining-Come to us with your ideas. We'll help you take those ideas from paper to fabrication and manufacturing all the way through marketing your product to the public over the Internet.

Design/Engineering-If you can dream it we can machine it. We have full CNC capabilities, three dimensional programming and interpolation. Give us a call, you won't be disappointed.

Short Production Runs-We are equipped to do all of your short production run needs from 10 through 10,000. We can do these at a reasonable cost to our customers because we are small and our overhead is low.

Surface Grinding-From your precision mold cores, all the way to grinding your stuff square. Just give us a call, we'll give you a quote.
