Hello sir,
Good Evening,
My name is Saddi, madhusudan R. I am a master
student at Univ. of Memphis. I am looking for some
real time examples. Where i can find the root
causes for the defects caused in manufacturing
process. For example if the product is not formed
correctly as per the design, that cause may be
due to, the cutted part may be larger or shorter
than the actual length or thickness of material
is wrong or due to bad material or due to the
matreial is bowed. how to find the specific reason
which caused that defect.
Please help in this matter.
