Is this a "do it yourself " exercise or are you seeking a professional to retrofit it. Either way i'm not much help. we had a mill in our m/shop retrofitted with a cnc control. All done by guys who knew what they were about. imagine it would be a big ask as you would need variable speed drive on motor & some independant feed mechanism etc etc. lets know if you get any help Allan
