Hello,

I was just about to purchase a MAXNC-10, when I started looking into them on the net. I have seen some negative stuff about there customer support? It looks like you had the same problem. When you got it up and working, how did you like it? What types of materials do you cut into? What program do you use to design in?

I'll be using it for custom design stuff in my graphic design shop. Cutting into aluminum and making injection molds for short run pieces.

thanx
