Find a job shop that deals in Swiss-style turning
they will be used to working in your size range
however you probably won't be able to buy just one.The other place is a prototyping and model shop, they deal in part production quantities of 10 or less usually but can be expensive.
If you have no luck then e-mail me all the dimensions and material and I'll see if my equipment can do it.
