My company has several Applied Material tools availible for sale, including 5000, 5300 Centura, and 8330 etchers. Also availible are Teagl, Gasonics, LAM, and Branson etchers / ashers. Finally QC tools such as wafer inspection stations, and a Hitachi S-6000 critical dimension SEM are also availible. Please dont hesitate to inquire if any of these systems may be of use to you.
