Included in the list are 2 Mydata TP-UFP machines (14k pph) with component verification and line scan cameras capable of placing 0402’s and 2.5 inch BGAs, high end screen printers and 8 zone ovens. In addition, I have Metcal irons, ESD controlled materials handling equipment, AOI Equipment, and automated through hole insertion equipment. Most of the equipment was purchased within the last 3 years and has very few placements on it. All equipment has been well maintained.
