My company (POLMAX, Import-Export-Electrical Consulting, Ottawa, Canada) has a business client in Poland.
We are looking for a semiconductor element, alternative to Sidac type K220F1 manufactured by Teccor Electronics Inc. USA
This Sidac is part of the HV switching circuitry (starters) for High Pressure lamps. Can anybody advise a substitute for the Teccor element?
