I would appreciate any help in understanding how to locate a vendor, or even set up production for recording 15 - 21 second voice chips for greeting cards. I have been unable to locate a vendor who does not censor songs or copy due to their country beliefs (I am told china will not do a happy birthday chip). I wish to produce approximately 100,000 monthly quanity, and do not know where to start. Please email me if you can be of help.
