Subject: FS: ZETEX ZC2800E SOT-23 high performance schottky barrier diodes

These are high performance schottky barrier diodes primarily for signal
conditioning and rectification applications (not power supplies).

Brief specs:
Vbr=70V, Ir=200nA @ Vr=50V, Vf=0.410V @ If=1mA.

The effective minority carrier lifetime is 100ps max @ 20mA, 54MHz.

NOTE: These often cross-reference to Motorola MMBD101 and MMBD501.

We have four full reels with leader attached. They cost over $1000 each from
