Reverse Converter
Am looking for a device, or plans to build one, that can take video/audio input on channel 3 or 4 (such as from a VCR) and output it onto a TV on any channel,Vhf,Uhf,Cable channels, etc.? This would be a great help in diagnostics for TV channel band problems. Sencore sells a Video Generator that does this (among other things) for over $2,000! I'm looking for something less elaborate.
