I desparately need to purchase this component have been looking everywhere in South Africa no one seem to know anything about it

If you can help me on this I greatly appreciate am running behind on my project design because of it.

I'm building a project called Infrared remote control used to control CD-ROM drive using audio CD's ..and yhis component plays a major role in the whole project!

Help is neede will appreciate it if I could get feedback before end of rthis week.
