Well, I bought that manual on eBay (before I
saw this posting) and I can tell you that it's
a fine example of a late 1970s technical
manual. There's a slim chapter at the front
on operation of the instrument, then many pages
of "how it works" and the full circuit diagrams
(schematics).

My K100-D is dismantled at the moment, but as
soon as it's back in working order, I'll
post a note about triggering.
