If any one has a plan that would allow me to make a small compact, lite weight LED blinking or conrtollable light string. That would have 10-20 LEDs powered from 2-4 AA batteies or a 9 volt battery.

I am looking to place this on many diffrent size Kites. I know there are pre-made kits available, but they are only lights on or off.
