Hi again. I was passing our Main Library today and I dropped in to check out the Electronics World issue I mentioned in my last E-Mail. The construction article is in the March, 1993 Electronics World. I was able to access a copy of the article through Microfilm only but I did not feel like paying the outrageous fee per page for gaining a hard copy from their machine. The address recommended by the author for Piezo Transducers is give as:

I am sure that with the actual issue of Electronics Now confirmed you should have no trouble locating a re-print from Gernsback if you still require one.
