The book I mentioned in the other book is:
MacroModeling with spice
J. Alvin Connelly/Pyung Choi
ISBN:0-13-544941-3
It has a sample and hold model on page 84. I don't know about the legalities of posting the
model on a public form but I am sure I could privately give it to you. Although it's hard
to utilize these things without the contect of the book.
