Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have an equal problem, but I have to stabilize a voltage at a level of 4.0 kV. The next problem is that there is
no realy space, because the unit is for analysing the structure of drill holes. So the limits of a possible diode are
given to about 2" in diameter.
If you know any newer products with such a specification please let it know me.
