Hey champ... did you do any research on this before you asked?

How about this.... download the ICD manual from Microchips website... it about 2 or 3 meg... no sweat. Now, in the back... lo and behold... the schematics for the icd.

Now, download the newest version of MPLAB. What's that? The .hex file for the newest version of the ICD. Program that into you chip that goes on the ICD, and you are up and running.

No 'cracking' involved.
