Subject: Power supply overcurrent shutdown means with optoisolator needed!

E-mail word message desparately needed with parts #no. for protective single set optoisolator IC circuit, with external current sensor resister for internal diode, as sample voltage take off from a transformer secondary, so that when quick, recurring, higher current condition occurs in a transformer secondary load line, the internal led goes out and phototransister shuts down an external oscillator output line. Frequency 10khz - 1 mhtz. Automatic self reset operation needed! No fuse,circuit breaker, or SCR crowbar, or pulse fr.mode control regulator IC . (One ohm inserted series sense resister can't be used because of the heavy curent draw taken, as only .2 amp is maximum desired.)
Secondary side current line .2 amps with about 60 volts. Possibly a separate powered OP amp comparator IC with reference volts setting used to change STATE such that line to opto diode drops out as well as phototransister. Transformer design does not use other regulation or filter cap. Rise time of opto IC as 3 microsecond may allow up to 300khz operation.
Power supply is oscillator to run base of IRF transister that pulses ferrite transformer with 12 volts DC on primary side with half wave diode positive output on secondary side.
