I couldn't find anything, but I do have a book whose name is something like
Macro Modeling in Spice
I can't seem to find it in the on line bookstores. If you really need it, I could
loan it to you. It desribes how to take gross (grey box) physical measurements
and build approximate representations in Spice. It's all an aproximation anyway,
it's just a matter of degree.
If your interested I will look it up (ISBN) when I get home.
