Subject: amount of flex in quartz tuning fork resonators

I'm looking for information on how much a quartz tuning fork resonator tine might flex. I'm interested in the normal resonant oscillation mode of operation, but non-resonant movement may also be useful information.
I understand that standard quartz crystals change dimensions on the order of one nanometer while oscillating; are the tuning fork resonators "more flexible"?
Thanks in advance,
