Hi, Alec,

"AEI" is AEI Semiconductors, Ltd., Carholme Rd., LN1 1SG, Lincoln, England.

The SBT101K has a 100v PIV, 60 A Max Avg. Fwd DC current, 600 A Peak (1 cyc) surge
current; it has a 1.7v Vf with a 210 A current pulse; Ir is 200a at 100V @ 25C, 3ma @ 150C.
It's in a single stud package with a -28 thread. This info came from the Dec '81 edition of the
D.A.T.A. Book.

I don't have anything on the 101A.
