Hello. I bought a used Peavey brand mixer board, model # 601R. Two of the knobs are missing as a result of the previous owner broke the plastic shaft off that protrudes upright from out off the potentiometers that the knobs slip over. I would like to replace the two potentiometers but have had trouble finding exact replacements. I have searched various parts stores both locally and on the internet. I have even e-mailed Peavey's parts dept. without any form of acknowledgement or reply.
Both potentiometers are the same. The have the numbers 8341a and 71190308-10K20A on their sides, and the names ALPS and JAPAN on the undersides of them. There are 3 leads that come off on side, and one off the other. They sit about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch off the p.c. board as a result of the leads come off the potentiometers, and then bend straight down and raise them up off the board. If anyone could at least point me in a direction where I could find two replacements, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Todd.
