In isolation resistance meassurement this is the rule: 1KŮ for each 1KV.

When I'm testing a MCC or a Switchgear, it's suposed to be the same.

What's the number or the name of the standard IEEE (or ANSI or "whatever") that state this recomendation???

Thanks.
