You may also try the RC2211A FSK Demodulator/Tone decoder from FairChild Semiconductor. In the tone detection configuration the Lock Detector output goes High when an input frequency does not match a desired frequency and is out of a calculated bandwidth. The Lock detector also has a complementary output pin. The chip works by Phase Locked Loop, very similar to the 567 PLL tone decoder. However rc2211a has many functions.
