Please help! I am trying to control and vary low voltage AC (0-20VAC) at somewhere around 5 amps for an old O gauge model train. I wish to tie into a computer control system and "program" the AC voltage to vary in a feedback circuit possibly tied into the motor to maintain constant speed. I cannot figure out how to vary AC voltage with a DC control signal. The feedback loop is optional, but I am at a loss as to how to accomplish this. Thank you.
