I have called the phone company and they have added a second line. They are doing everything they need to, but they wanted to charge a price to high for me to pay for them to come into one of the rooms and rewire the jack where I want to have the second line. They said I could do it myself or have it done. I've taken the jack cover off and see 4 lines: black, yellow, green, and red. I'm not sure what to do, but am willing to learn. I am needing to know what wires need to be rewired to where I can have the second line in a particular room.
