I would suggest that you check with each IC's vendor for suffix information. Choices of suffix letters and numbers are not standardized; each vendor has its own format.

Sometimes, the definitions of suffixes are listed under "mechancial specifications" and may not even be part of the data sheet for a particular part, but can be found instead in a separate document or in a separate section of a catalog.
